One of my first projects at Stylo was a wordmark update. Though the company liked the playful handwritten script, they reported people somteimes misread the name as "Stulo." Drawing on my knowledge of typography, calligraphy and hand lettering, I took the original wordmark and carefully altered it for enhanced readability. I also ditched the monoline in favor of a subtle width variation that gave the wordmark the appearance of being written with a felt-tip pen.
